The first meeting starts at 8pm on Friday, Feb 10 and a full weekend program including a meetings list will be available on arrival.
Below are your accommodation and meal options. The accommodations listed are all within waking distance to the showground.
REGO (venue levy)
$10pp day visit or $20 pp entire weekend.
OR BYO caravan or tent to stay on site.
Tents are $10 per night and powered sites for vans are $20 per night.
MEALS (optional)
Breaky: Free pancakes Sat & Sun
Lunch: $6.00 BBQ Sat & Sun
Saturday Dinner Dance: Fully catered meal and LIVE BAND $24.00
Dance only tickets are $7pp
